Important: U.S. sanctions restrictions

As of November 4, 2026, Open Joint Stock Company Belarusian Automobile Plant (BELAZ) remains on the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list. Transactions by U.S. persons with blocked parties are generally prohibited absent applicable authorization. Sourcing, payment, shipping and any future conversion would require jurisdiction-specific sanctions and legal review. This is an exploratory concept only: no orders, reservations or deposits are being accepted.

Questions

Asked often.

Anything else, ask the concierge or write to us below.

No. BELAZ's manufacturer remains listed on the U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals list as of November 4, 2026. U.S.-person dealings are generally prohibited without applicable authorization. Procurement and any project feasibility require legal review; we take no deposits or reservations for this concept. Official OFAC listing.

No. It is a target floor area across two proposed levels. Structural, axle-load, fire-safety, and service-clearance engineering is required before final design or pricing.

Acquisition prices vary substantially by chassis and condition. TITAN 1300 pricing is supplied only after a Komatsu 980E-5 sourcing assessment and independent engineering feasibility study.

Operating a TITAN RV generally requires a Commercial Driver's License with specific endorsements, given the vehicle's size and weight. Regulations vary by jurisdiction; we consult and arrange specialized driver training.

A reliable construction timeline cannot be published until engineering, sourcing, fabrication capacity and site arrangements are confirmed.

Mining trucks require specialized preventative maintenance. TITAN-specific maintenance intervals, service plans and support coverage are not yet validated.

Public road access is subject to local regulations for oversized vehicles. TITAN RVs excel on private land, designated off-highway routes, and remote environments. We guide legal operation and assist with permits.

Financing options have not been confirmed. Feasibility, price and lender underwriting must be established separately.

Design principles

Proof before promises.

These are design-stage commitments, not customer testimonials or statements that any TITAN conversion has been completed.

Respect the chassis

Use official Komatsu and BELAZ mechanical data. Validate residential layout, axle loading, access, and safety before approving fabrication.

Own the identity

Develop a distinct name, emblem and interior design language for each proposed commission, subject to rights and availability checks.

Compliance first

Review site access, procurement, legal restrictions, engineering sign-off and financing before offering a binding build agreement.
